Perfect Fall Wedding

Soooo, this wedding is a little more of a personal one for me. Last October, my brother and sister in law "tied the knot" in Niagara. What a day---Doing double duty of being sister-of-the-groom and Wedding florist EXTRAORDINAIRE was a little crazy, but I had some wonderful behind the scenes helpers to pull it all off. I might be a little biased, but it might have been my favourite from 2016;)

Well, Im so excited to share that we have been officially featured on Style Me Pretty. We had the pleasure of being part of the art direction, styling, and florals for this one.  The perfect summer evening feel to this shoot, with soft lighting, big bouquets, soft purple tones and gauzy textures.

Lake Erie Summer Wedding

The thing about booking a tent wedding is you never know what type of weather you will end up with. It might be a perfect summer day, there might be a slight breeze, no breeze, soft rain, or full out thunderstorms. For Nick and Isa's wedding this past summer it may have been one of the warmest days I have every experienced. But the warm weather didn't hold this couple back from enjoying their big day. Nick and Isa travelled from Australia to celebrate at their family's property along Lake Erie. Friends and family from Venezuela and Toronto also joined in on the celebrations. 

Thanks to such a great group of vendors who worked together on this on~ Congrats to Isa and Nick!

Small Family Wedding Among the Vines

One of my favourite little Niagara hideouts for some time now is the Good Earth Winery in Beamsville. Its small, intimate, and has the cutest little patio around. When Jackie first came to me, she wanted something that was inspired by the venue itself, and the atmosphere at the Good Earth. Honestly, the most perfect little ceremony and reception with the closest friends and family...Jackie and Elliot's beautiful day was captured by Sara Lynn Paige.

Historial Berkeley Church Wedding

Ever so often, I head out of Niagara for some lovely wedding set ups elsewhere. This past April, I headed to Toronto...I first met with Brenna and her maid of honour last summer at a cute Parisan-inspired cafe near the downtown core. I loved the simplistic and clean style that Brenna had in mind for the day of...Everything from the invitations to the seating cards were carefully planned out. After a few more meetings with Brenna and Gareth, the big day finally arrived. Both the ceremony and reception were held at the historical Berkeley Church, on Queen Street East.
